As a Graphic & Experience Designer in SmartQ's Marketing team, I work on B2B demand generation, cafeteria experience initiatives and more, spanning both digital and print media; which has taught me so much about business, brand positioning and growth.
Fun fact: I am also the Chief Intern Officer :D

I worked on the website revamp for SmartQ: updating the website architecture, content and design, to better align with what the company stood for.
MY ROLE: Led the project; worked on the architecture and UI design of the new website.

B2B Demand Generation
Running outreach and ABM campaigns through research, communication strategy and rollout.
MY ROLE:

Designing digital and physical assets: emailers, case studies, decks, brochures, landing pages, infographics, etc.

Assisting with planning, managing and execution of initiatives.

Marketing initiatives to boost revenue through employee engagement, optimization, research and new offerings.
MY ROLE: Co-leading some projects from planning to execution; designing app creatives and print collaterals.
UX Research & Analysis
User research through on-ground observation and interviews that set the groundwork for the revamp of SmartQ app.
MY ROLE: Conducted primary research and in-depth analysis of the insights with the product design team.

I worked on the visual design for various requirements: internal initiatives, cafeteria events; designed trophies & mementos, an experiential cafeteria space; communication plans and creatives for launches; even illustrations!
