Hi! I'm Noopur, a Designer & Marketer

I work at the intersection of marketing strategy, research and visual communication.

I graduated with a B.Des in Communication Design from the National Institute of Design MP. Currently at SmartQ, I work as the sole designer for B2B Growth and own multiple marketing initiatives. Over the past 2 years, I've built processes and systems that helped our growth function scale.

I'm looking for roles where I can own problems end to end, turning research and strategy into communication that creates impact.

Here's what I can do for you

Communication Design

Consistent graphic design across both digital and print media.

B2B Growth

Strategy, execution and experimentation for B2B marketing.

0 to 1 Systems

Building scalable marketing processes from scratch.

Meet Noopur :)

Growing up, all I knew was that I wanted to work at Tinkle- that’s how I found my way to design.

I did a lot of art, made Ganesha idols, painted a mural, and made huge stage backdrops in junior college. I'm a Bharatanatyam dancer, a big fan of Indian mythology, and I love to read.

Inspite of all my responsibleness and love of structure, I'm still a child at heart.

My favourite quote is from Terry Pratchett's The Wee Free Men:

“It doesn’t stop being magic just because you know how it works.”

How do I do it?

I don't swim,

I go scuba diving

I go in-depth to understand and define the ACTUAL need.

Taking one step

at a time

That way, every design decision can be mapped back to an insight.

I put it all on paper

(or Miro)

Structuring and mind-mapping helps me make sense out of things.

I'm always up for interesting (and boring) conversations about design, culture, and life!

I also write about my learnings in marketing - fun reads, I promise:
